Job Description :
•Valuation of Tangible Assets which includes Commercial, Residential, Industrial, etc. properties for Banks and Financial Institutions.
•Inspection & Verification of properties which includes property due diligence & location analysis.
•Drafting of complete valuation reports.
•Examine property documents & approved plans and Bye Laws to ensure that building is being done in accordance with them.
Probation Period : 6 Months for Last Semester Students & 3 Months for Passed Out Students

5.Result Declaration
Stipend : INR 12,000- INR 15,000
During the Probation period
